About LIV

Wellness is practiced in small pauses.

It lives in the quiet breath before a meeting, the evenings you protect, the pause between tasks, the courage to set a boundary and keep it, and the grace to begin again.

LIV was born from seeing how hard it can be to find accessible, culturally aware support—and wanting to offer a gentler option. We are a growing wellness practice rooted in community and the realness of everyday life. We support people and organizations who are stretched, stressed, or full of self‑doubt to move through their days with a little more resilience, ease, and appreciation.

LIV exists for young adults and busy professionals who carry and give so much they sometimes forget themselves. We aim to help you notice and nurture these moments, so caring for yourself feels realistic in the middle of a busy life.

Our vision is a kinder, more accessible approach to well‑being—where people across generations can learn from each other, make room for their own wellness, and build simple skills for a more grounded, fulfilling life.

Our Guiding Principles

Our work is guided by a few core principles that shape how we show up and support you.

Principle 01 –
Breaking stigma & demystifying practices

Mental health conversations can feel risky—especially in cultures where they've been minimized or silenced. At LIV, we create gentle, inclusive spaces to soften that stigma and make well-being approachable. You don't need the right words to belong here.

Principle 02 –
Evidence-based approaches

We lean on research-informed practices and stay curious about what actually helps. Everything we offer weaves current science with kindness, so you receive care that's both effective and human.

Principle 03 –
Compassion over perfection

Healing isn't linear. We meet you where you are with small, realistic practices—no rigid routines or pressure to 'fix' yourself. We celebrate tiny shifts and walk alongside you as you build what fits your real life.

Meet Francini

Hi, I’m Francini—coach, facilitator, and the human behind LIV (@livvvingwell).

For a long time, I tried to meet every expectation: at work, in community, in family. On the outside, I looked ‘together,’ but inside I was anxious, exhausted, and carrying more than I could name on most days.

Like many first‑ and second‑generation folks, I didn’t always have language or safe spaces for what I was feeling. Mindfulness, grounding practices, and community support didn’t fix everything overnight, but they gave me small, repeatable ways to come back to myself. Over time, those tiny choices—one breath, one boundary, one honest conversation—started to change how I moved through my days.

LIV is my way of sharing those kinds of practices with others: especially people who are busy, tender, and navigating layered identities, responsibilities, and histories. I hold a grounding presence, teach evidence-informed grounding and regulation practices so clients feel seen, calmer, and ready to take brave steps. I am a wellness coach and do not provide clinical therapy or diagnosis.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or rigid routines, but in practices that meet you where you are — whether you need stillness, structure, or spontaneity. Honouring the whole of you—mind, body, and spirit.  In sessions and workshops, I bring a mix of trauma‑aware mindfulness, coaching, and education.

I’ll offer tools and structure, but you are always the expert on your own story. My role is to walk alongside you—steady, honest, and gentle—as you practice taking up a bit more space in your own life.

Because to live well, is not to be perfect — it is to be present, intentional, and vibrantly alive.
