Over four weeks we practice easy, evidence-informed grounding techniques, clear habit steps, and one small courage task each participant can actually finish. You’ll get weekly 50-minute coaching, a short workbook, two guided audios, and light accountability so momentum replaces overwhelm — in your timing. This is a compact, practical container for people who want to start making changes with gentle, steady support. Who it’s for: People who want quick, structured momentum (start a habit, test a change, build confidence). Week-by-week outcomes: Week 1 — Baseline + one tiny habit to start. Week 2 — Deepen grounding tools + troubleshoot obstacles. Week 3 — Courage task (small exposure) + values check. Week 4 — Integration + maintenance plan. Deliverables: Workbook, habit tracker, 2 guided audios, accountability check-ins. Scope: I’m a wellness coach offering safety-focused, evidence-informed practices. This program is coaching (not clinical therapy or diagnosis); referrals to mental-health professionals are provided when needed.
