Service Description
Grounded Courage blends nervous-system regulation, deep values work, and intentional, paced experiments so you can make meaningful choices without burning out. Across eight weekly 60-minute sessions we establish safety, map what matters, practice somatic tools that stick, and run small, confidence-building experiments — finishing with a 30-day maintenance plan so change holds. Includes an intake assessment, a personalized grounding toolkit, two support audios, and a clear relapse-prevention plan. Who it’s for: Clients ready for a meaningful shift — career pivot, boundary-setting, or stabilizing overwhelm. Core modules: Safety & baseline → Values & boundaries → Fear naming + micro-experiments → Somatic toolkit → Decision lab → Relapse prevention & future pacing. Scope: I’m a wellness coach providing evidence-informed, safety-focused coaching — not clinical therapy or diagnosis. If clinical support is recommended, I will provide referrals.
